Corrections & updates
The record should stay clear.
Accuracy includes acknowledging what changed and what we got wrong.
Our corrections policy
A material error should be corrected on the affected article, with a dated notice describing the error and the correction. New evidence that changes an analysis should be identified as an update rather than presented as if it had always been known.
What helps establish a correction
Identify the article URL, the specific sentence or claim at issue, and the original document or record that establishes the error. Source publication dates and document versions matter.
Visible review status
An article’s human review status is displayed alongside its AI disclosure. A source-grounded draft and a completed independent review are separate states.
Send a correction
Email the article URL, the claim and the supporting original record to info@omikina.com.
